Choose between 14k yellow solid gold or 14k white solid gold. This septum horseshoe ring is comfortable and made from 16 gauge and can be ordered in different diameter sizes such as: 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 7/16", or 1/2" so it perfectly fits your Septum Nose Piercing or other gauge appropriate piercing. Horseshoe may be made with 2 screw in balls, or 1 screw in ball and one ball fixed for ease of use. 16 ga may come with 3mm or 4mm balls, but usually comes with 3mm balls, but can come with 4mm balls upon request.
