Due to sanitary reasons, refunds and exchanges are not allowed, even if the item is unused. All sales are custom made and are final and as-is. Please make sure you have selected the corrects size, gauge, material, color, etc. and have no known allergies to any metals in your cart before purchasing. We are always available to answer questions before purchase as to help make returns not necessary.

For shipments outside of the United States, please be aware that you may be subject to custom fees, duties and/or taxes imposed by your country. This store (WW Design, LLC) is not responsible for paying these fees and buyers should educate themselves about any additional costs that they are responsible for due to purchasing international items.
