Our beautiful shiny Organic-shaped 14k Solid Yellow Gold Septum Nose Ring has a sparkly little .01 ct genuine diamond bezel set into the septum hoop. This nose ring is comfortable, lightweight, and made from 18 gauge 14k solid yellow gold with an inside diameter of 8mm. This cannot be customized. Most people request 8mm, so this is an ideal size for most people - but everybody is different, so double check your size before ordering please.
This ring can be used in any piercing where the gauge and diameter is appropriate, including earlobes, nose, cartilage, tragus, helix, lip, septum, eyebrow, septum, navel, etc.
This ring can't be customized, however if you would like a different hoop without a diamond:

I had a custom blue diamond nose ring made to order. The seller was very professional, friendly, and quick responding to all my messages. The delivery was about 2 weeks, including a few days for labour, which is fast for U.K. delivery.
It’s a dainty 18g, and the 18k yellow gold looks better against my skin tone compared with titanium.The diamond is small but sparkles beautifully . If I have no allergies with this one I will definitely return for more nose jewellery.
